This policy covers the Orb Ink browser game at https://orb-ink.vercel.app and future native mobile apps published under 1Fisher Group LLC. It describes what we collect, why we collect it, and how to contact us.

Information we collect

Leaderboard submissions: When you choose to post a score to the Hall of Heroes, we store a display name (hero name), score, level reached, daily Issue number, and submission timestamp.
Local browser storage: The browser game may store your personal best score and preferred hero name on your device using local storage. This data stays on your device unless you submit to the leaderboard.
Gameplay telemetry: We do not require an account to play. We do not collect email addresses or payment information for the free browser version.
Server logs: Our hosting providers may process standard technical logs (IP address, user agent, request time) for security and reliability.

How we use information

Display global and daily leaderboard rankings
Maintain fair daily Issue competition with a shared UTC drop sequence
Operate, secure, and improve the game and product website
Respond to support and data-deletion requests

Third-party services

Orb Ink uses cloud database hosting (Neon Postgres) for leaderboard storage and web hosting providers (including Vercel) to serve the game and this product site. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.

Children

Orb Ink is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted information to the leaderboard, contact us and we will delete it.

Data retention and deletion

Leaderboard entries may be retained to preserve daily and all-time rankings. You may request removal of a Hall of Heroes display name by emailing info@1fishergroup.com with the hero name and Issue date. Local browser data can be cleared through your browser settings.

Changes

We may update this policy as Orb Ink adds native apps, accounts, analytics, or other features. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do.
